Ashcraft vs Tennessee

You might know your one of your rights now but how would this right be violated? Well in the Ashcraft vs Tennessee case harsh interrogation techniques. Because of this the case was thrown out because of violation to the right to remain silent. I think this is a reasonable case because no one is supposed to be taking away your rights. If they do then they should be put to prison or sued

  1. i totally agree with you 100% ^-^ This means to me is no body can't take away our right after we are given it. I feel this is wrong because no one should have the right taking other peoples rights.
